Tampa Attorney Assisted Mediation

Attorney assisted mediations are booked in half day or full day increments, Monday-Friday, starting at either 9 AM or 1:30 PM. Mediation services are billed at $400 per hour. Mediations are conducted in person, at the mediator’s office or either of the attorneys’ offices, upon agreement, or virtually.

A prepaid non-refundable booking fee of $600 is required to be paid within 48 hours of booking in order to confirm your mediation session. This booking fee will be applied to the first 2 hours of your mediation session.

There is a presumption that the parties will be equally sharing the cost of mediation, unless the notice or court order indicates otherwise.
