Supreme Court Certified Divorce Mediator and
Florida Bar Board Certified Emeritus Marital and Family Law Attorney
Tampa attorney Beth Reineke has a reputation as an effective courtroom advocate, and for years she has met the rigorous criteria as a Board Certified specialist in marital and family law. However, she came to view litigation as a terrible option of last resort because of the emotional and financial cost to all involved.
By deliberate choice, Attorney Reineke no longer litigates and now practices exclusively in divorce mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution in which she serves as a neutral facilitator. She retains the Florida Bar's esteem as a Board Certified Emeritus specialist in family law, and remains actively involved in professional organizations and educating others.
